Jan 28 2010 - Staying focused and splitting my day

I have been having trouble finding a mix in my day. I've been really busy, and so I'm not doing the fun stuff, or the laundry for that matter. It's all work, and working from home this can be an issue for me. The other day I pulled out the 4 of pents, and the Fool, I got the focus but not the fun. So I went through the Tarot of Dreams, and I think I'm going to pull 3 cards, the Ace of Cups, the Two of Pents, and the Chariot. When I'm pulling a focus card like this, I'm doing so visually, not so much the underlying meaning. The Ace of Cups shows two woman holding up a crystal bowl, making the chalice. It is hard work to support our emotions, and I need the work, but also need the emotion. The Chariot for driving my vision to my castle. My castle at the end of the day is feeling accomplishment, spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically. The two of coins show a man from the back holding up two coins with the energy he's created. That is what I'm going to do today, hold up both sides, work, and mundane, for lack of a better term. Getting to all the things, not just work. Wish me luck!
